Ensure client satisfaction through transparent reporting and effective project management. Conduct workshops, training sessions and presentations to convey product knowledge. Prepare technical documentation, specifications and functional analyses. Support go‑live activities and train users for daily operation.
Qualifications Experience as project manager or consultant in implementation projects of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Strong project‑management skills and ability to deliver clear reporting. Excellent communication skills for workshops, training and customer presentations. Proficiency in preparing documentation and specifications.
