Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain PTC Service Information Manager (SIM).
• Configure SIM objects and related service information structures.
• Perform PTC Windchill configuration and administration.
• Develop and maintain Windchill workflows based on business and documentation processes.
• Configure and manage Windchill objects and related processes.
• Configure and support Arbortext Editor and Arbortext Styler.
• Set up and maintain the Arbortext Publisher Engine for automated technical documentation publishing.
• Support integration between Windchill/SIM and other enterprise systems.
• Develop or support system integrations and data exchange processes.
• Work with DITA XML content for technical documentation.
• Support migration and conversion of existing technical documentation into DITA/XML-based structures.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong hands-on experience with PTC Service Information Manager (SIM).
• Strong experience with PTC Windchill configuration.
• Experience in Windchill workflow development.
• Experience configuring SIM objects.
• Hands-on experience with Arbortext Editor.
• Experience with Arbortext Styler.
• Experience setting up/configuring Arbortext Publisher Engine.
• Good understanding of DITA XML and structured technical documentation.
• Experience with content migration/conversion and QA.
• Experience with system integration development.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as with cross-functional teams.
