You will work alongside customer teams to align custom standalone and multi-phase program opportunities, including training, support and potential alignment with cross-product area solutions. This role involves travel (domestically and internationally) up to 30-50% of the time.

Germany: €144000 - €147000 (EUR) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits Learn more about benefits at Google . • Define, own, and articulate the comprehensive services and transformation strategy for a specific customer portfolio, partnering directly with the corresponding Sales leadership. • Architect the end-to-end customer services journey, managing the entire services lifecycle from qualification through contracting and creating proposals; leveraging a value services approach to accelerate large-scale cloud adoption. • Translate customer business goals into a defined services roadmap, scope the required professional services work, and orchestrate the engagement of the right delivery resources (professional services organization and partners). • Cultivate and maintain strong executive relationships across the customer portfolio, acting as a trusted advisor and thought leader on Google Cloud's service offerings and transformation capabilities. • Drive the successful execution and governance of signed professional services engagements to ensure timely project delivery, consumption acceleration, and achievement of expected business growth targets.

X Note: By applying to this position you will have an opportunity to share your preferred working location from the following: Munich, Germany; Berlin, Germany; Frankfurt, Germany. • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field, or equivalent practical experience. • 10 years of experience in customer-facing roles (e.g., driving professional services or transformation strategies) in the cloud or enterprise technology domain. • Experience managing end-to-end commercial agreement pursuit and services agreement lifecycles (e.g., agreement qualification, agreement scoping, proposal development, agreement negotiation). • Ability to communicate in English, German & Polish fluently as this is a customer-facing role.

Preferred qualifications: • MBA or Master's degree in a relevant field. • Experience developing holistic services strategies and repeatable solutions across a customer portfolio. • Experience collaborating across large, internal organizations (sales, professional services organization (PSO), partners) with thought leadership, business, and industry acumen. • Ability to drive business outcomes and consumption acceleration through governance and execution oversight of signed engagements.

About the job Google Cloud Consulting Pursuit Leads (PLs) connect Google Cloud Consulting Services with our customers, helping them to achieve their business goals. In this role you will understand the customer's business needs and translate them into service strategies, leveraging Google Cloud Consulting and our partner ecosystem.

You will define the services strategy with the goal to de-risk and accelerate Customers’ Google Cloud platform (GCP) adoption journey. You will build, foster and manage customer relationships at executive level, building trust and helping closing agreements.
