In this role, the consultant will assist clients in identifying suitable housing options, including private rooms, shared flats, and apartments, and guide them through the end-to-end rental process.

Day-to-day activities include conducting property viewings, coordinating with landlords, preparing and reviewing rental documentation, and ensuring that all properties meet safety and verification standards.

The consultant will maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate markets, respond to client inquiries, and provide clear, empathetic communication to individuals relocating from India.

Qualifications • Candidates should possess strong Real Estate and Real Property knowledge, particularly in residential rentals in Germany. • Candidates should possess Sales and Negotiation skills to effectively present housing options and secure fair agreements for clients. • Candidates should possess Training and client guidance skills to support individuals with relocation processes and housing-related education. • Candidates should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English; German language skills are highly beneficial. • Candidates should demonstrate cultural sensitivity, customer service orientation, and the ability to work with diverse communities. • Candidates should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple client cases simultaneously. • Previous experience in real estate, relocation services, or consulting is an advantage; familiarity with the Indian diaspora and German rental regulations is a plus. • Relevant educational background in business, real estate, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if supported by practical experience.
