You will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial client consultation to the successful placement of candidates, all from the comfort of your home office. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process for assigned vacancies, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate management.
• Proactively identify and engage with potential candidates through various online channels and professional networks.
• Conduct thorough virtual interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients through regular online communication.
• Negotiate offers and manage the candidate experience through to successful onboarding.
• Stay updated on market trends and industry best practices in remote recruitment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a related talent acquisition role.
• Proven ability to source and attract candidates effectively using digital tools and platforms.
• Excellent virtual communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
• A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with a passion for recruitment.
