This is a key growth role for our Victorian business, focused on rebuilding our presence in the logistics and trades market (including truck drivers, laborers, and cleaners).

Key Responsibilities: • Business Development: Proactively identify and secure new clients, managing the full 360-degree sales cycle. • Client Management: Build and maintain high-value relationships; you will be responsible for negotiating pay rates and managing service delivery. • Strategic Growth: Lead the shift toward increasing our permanent placement ratio, while managing high-margin temporary placements. • Performance: Drive growth in a talent-scarce market, leveraging our strong margin potential ($300–$500 per timesheet).

Requirements: • Proven track record in sales and recruitment. • Ability to source new clients and negotiate effectively. • Experience managing both temporary and permanent staffing solutions.
