Key Responsibilities

• Educate clients on skincare ingredients, product usage, and the science behind their recommended routines.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in skincare science, AI technology, and digital beauty trends.
• Collaborate with the product development team to provide feedback on AI algorithms and product formulations.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records within the company's secure platform.
• Assist in creating educational content for the company's online resources, such as blog posts and FAQs.
• Troubleshoot basic user issues related to the AI platform and client interface.
• Foster a supportive and informative client experience, building trust and encouraging long-term engagement.

Requirements

• Degree in Dermatology, Cosmetology, Chemistry, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in skincare consultation, esthetics, or dermatology.
• Proven understanding of skincare ingredients, formulations, and diverse skin types/concerns.
• Familiarity with AI-driven diagnostic tools or a strong aptitude for learning new technologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using online communication and CRM tools.
