About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and innovative Remote Early Learning Consultant to provide strategic guidance and support to childcare providers and families in the Paarl region. This role is fully remote, allowing you to leverage your expertise to shape early learning initiatives and best practices.
You will work with various stakeholders to develop, implement, and evaluate early childhood programs, focusing on improving educational outcomes and child well-being. Key Responsibilities
• Provide expert consultation on curriculum development and pedagogical approaches for early learning.
• Assess existing childcare programs and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Develop training materials and conduct virtual workshops for childcare providers and educators.
• Advise parents on child development milestones and effective home-based learning strategies.
• Stay abreast of current research, trends, and policies in early childhood education.
• Support the implementation of new early learning initiatives remotely.
Requirements
• Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
• Extensive experience (5+ years) in early childhood education, program management, or consulting.
• Demonstrated expertise in curriculum design, assessment, and professional development.
• Excellent virtual communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage projects remotely.
• Familiarity with the early childhood education landscape in South Africa is advantageous.
