Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive change management strategies and communication plans.
• Assess organizational readiness for change and identify potential resistance points.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management consulting or related roles.

• Strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Process).
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Demonstrated experience working effectively in a remote or distributed team setting.
• Relevant certification (e.g., Prosci) or Master's degree in a related field is advantageous.
