Key Responsibilities

• Identify and manage potential risks and resistance points throughout the change lifecycle.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in change management , organizational development, or related consulting roles.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing large-scale change initiatives.
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent virtual communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders remotely.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
