Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine strategic plans for financial institutions, focusing on market positioning, product innovation, and digital capabilities.
• Conduct in-depth market analysis, regulatory reviews, and competitive landscape assessments for the financial services sector.
• Advise clients on digital transformation, risk management, and customer experience enhancement strategies.
• Lead client engagements, managing project teams and ensuring the delivery of exceptional strategic advice.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. A PhD is a plus. Minimum of 7 years of experience in management consulting or within the financial services industry, with a strong strategic focus. Demonstrated expertise in areas such as digital banking, wealth management, insurance, or FinTech. Proven track record of leading and successfully delivering complex strategic projects. Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative modeling skills. Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with C-suite executives. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively in a remote setting. Deep understanding of the regulatory landscape governing financial services in South Africa and globally. Experience with data analysis and visualization tools.
