About the Role

Our client is seeking a motivated Remote Management Consultant with a specialization in supporting Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) to join their fully remote team. This role is designed for professionals passionate about empowering smaller businesses with strategic guidance and operational enhancements, accessible from anywhere. You will leverage digital tools and remote methodologies to deliver impactful consulting services to a diverse range of SMEs, including those in the Mahikeng area. Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic advisory services to SMEs, focusing on business planning, market expansion, and operational efficiency.
• Conduct remote assessments of SME operations, identifying key areas for improvement and development.

• Deliver virtual workshops and training sessions to SME owners and staff on business management topics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in management consulting , business advisory, or a similar role, with a focus on SMEs.
• Demonstrated ability to provide strategic guidance and practical solutions to small businesses.
• Excellent virtual communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in business planning tools, financial analysis, and remote collaboration platforms.
• Strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing SMEs in the South African context.
