Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute advanced data analytics and business intelligence strategies for clients. Lead projects focused on data modeling, visualization, predictive analytics, and machine learning. Oversee the design and implementation of BI solutions and data warehouses. Guide clients in extracting actionable insights from complex datasets to inform business decisions. Manage project teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction in a remote setting. Communicate complex analytical findings and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Collaborate with clients to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and build robust reporting dashboards. Mentor and develop data analytics and BI consultants within the practice. Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in data science and AI.

Requirements

Ph.D. or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data science consulting. Proven track record of leading complex data strategy and implementation projects. Expert proficiency in data manipulation and analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R). Extensive experience with BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik) and data warehousing solutions. Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling techniques. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills. Outstanding virtual communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities. Demonstrated leadership experience in managing and mentoring technical teams remotely.
