Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• MBA or advanced degree in International Business, Strategy, Economics, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in strategy consulting, focusing on market entry and global expansion.
• Demonstrated success in leading complex, multi-geography strategic projects.
• Deep understanding of global market dynamics, regulatory environments, and cultural nuances.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Outstanding remote leadership, communication, and client management skills.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and lead distributed teams effectively.
• Experience serving clients with interests in or near Mossel Bay would be advantageous for understanding regional economic factors.
