About the Role

Our client, a progressive recruitment consultancy, is seeking an enthusiastic Remote Recruitment Consultant to specialize in graduate recruitment programs. This role is critical for identifying and engaging emerging talent for entry-level positions and graduate schemes across various industries. You will be responsible for designing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing high-volume recruitment processes, and building strong relationships with universities and early-career candidates. Operating entirely remotely, you will leverage digital platforms and innovative approaches to attract and select the next generation of professionals, contributing to our client's success in shaping future workforces from anywhere.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for graduate programs and entry-level positions.

• Develop and maintain relationships with university career services departments and student organizations.

• Source and attract diverse pools of high-potential graduate candidates through online channels and recruitment events.

• Screen applications, conduct virtual interviews, and administer assessments for large volumes of candidates.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their graduate talent needs and program requirements.

• Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience for all applicants.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on early careers, graduate programs, or high-volume recruitment.

• Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment pipelines and timelines effectively.

• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and online recruitment platforms.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, particularly in a remote setting.

• Enthusiasm for identifying and developing emerging talent.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
