Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles for technology roles, including software development, data science, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure.

• Conduct thorough virtual interviews and assessments to evaluate technical skills and cultural fit.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years' experience in recruitment consultancy , with a strong focus on technology recruitment.

• Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in high-demand tech roles.

• Excellent understanding of the technology landscape, programming languages, and IT infrastructure.

• Exceptional communication, virtual relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

• Proven ability to work independently and manage workload effectively in a remote setting.
