Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various technology roles, including software development, data science, cybersecurity, and cloud computing.

• Build and maintain strong, proactive relationships with clients through virtual communication.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure technical proficiency and cultural fit.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a seamless virtual experience.
• Stay continuously updated on emerging technologies, market trends, and the global tech talent landscape.

Requirements

• Excellent understanding of the tech industry, including various programming languages, frameworks, and platforms.
• Exceptional remote communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
