Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in business process improvement, operations consulting, or related roles.
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in process mapping, analysis, and redesign methodologies.
