Remote Senior Consultant - Change Management

Our client is actively seeking a highly skilled Remote Senior Consultant specializing in Change Management. This position is critical for supporting clients through periods of significant organizational transformation, ensuring smooth transitions and high adoption rates. Working entirely remotely, you will guide businesses in adapting to new strategies, technologies, and processes. Your expertise will help clients minimize resistance, maximize engagement, and achieve their transformation goals effectively. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans tailored to client needs.
• Assess organizational readiness for change and identify potential risks and barriers.
• Design and deliver communication and engagement programs to foster stakeholder buy-in.
• Develop training materials and facilitate virtual training sessions for affected employees.
• Monitor change progress, gather feedback, and make adjustments as necessary.
• Collaborate with project teams and leadership to ensure alignment of change initiatives with overall project goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology, Business, HR, or a related field.
• 6-8 years of experience in change management consulting or leading large-scale organizational change initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience with change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR).
• Excellent skills in communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation, particularly in virtual settings.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple remote projects simultaneously.
• Experience in developing and delivering training programs.
