About the Role

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Remote Skincare Consultant & Brand Ambassador to join their innovative beauty brand, operating entirely from a remote setting, serving clients across South Africa and beyond. This role is perfect for a skincare expert who can connect with customers virtually, provide personalized advice, and promote the brand's philosophy and product lines. You will be the virtual face and voice of the brand, guiding clients through their skincare journeys and fostering a strong online community. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in a fully remote capacity, impacting client confidence and brand loyalty from anywhere in KwaZulu-Natal or further afield.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert virtual consultations to clients, assessing their skin concerns and recommending suitable product regimens.
• Engage with customers across social media platforms, forums, and email, answering questions and building brand rapport.
• Create informative and engaging content (e.g., blog posts, social media updates, short videos) about skincare tips, ingredients, and product usage.
• Educate potential and existing customers on the benefits and application of the brand's skincare products.
• Monitor online customer feedback and trends, relaying insights to the marketing and product development teams.
• Drive online sales through personalized recommendations and effective brand advocacy.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in skincare science and a strong understanding of various skin types and concerns.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a natural ability to connect with people online.
• Experience in customer service, sales, or brand ambassadorship, preferably in the beauty industry.
• Proficiency in using social media platforms, video conferencing tools, and e-commerce systems.
• A passion for beauty and wellness, with a genuine desire to help others achieve healthy skin.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively in a remote work environment, ideally based in or connected to Richards Bay.
