This critical role involves advising public sector organizations on strategic planning, policy development, service delivery improvement, and organizational transformation. You will work remotely to help government departments and state-owned enterprises enhance their effectiveness and impact.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide strategic advisory services to government departments, municipalities, and public entities.
• Assist in the development and refinement of public sector strategies, policies, and program evaluations.
• Analyze public service delivery mechanisms and identify opportunities for efficiency gains and enhanced citizen engagement.
• Facilitate virtual workshops and stakeholder consultations with public sector officials.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and policy recommendations tailored to public sector challenges.
Requirements
• Master's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Economics, or a related field.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in public sector consulting, policy analysis, or government advisory roles.
• Strong understanding of public sector operations, governance, and policy-making processes in South Africa.
• Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and organizational development within public entities.
• Excellent virtual communication, research, and analytical skills.
