Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and requirements for luxury trips.
• Research, design, and present customized luxury travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and experiences.
• Book and manage all travel arrangements, ensuring seamless logistics and adherence to quality standards.
• Provide expert advice on destinations, visa requirements, and travel insurance.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of luxury travel trends, suppliers, and exclusive offers.
• Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise before, during, or after their trip.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Travel Consultant or similar role, with a focus on luxury travel.
• In-depth knowledge of global destinations, high-end accommodations, and unique travel experiences.
• Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and travel booking software.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
