Task description: As a Shop I seller, you are the first point of contact for our customers and play a decisive role in their shopping experience. Your main tasks include providing comprehensive customer advice, understanding their needs and conducting effective sales talks in order to present our products and services in the best possible way.

We are looking for a person with excellent communication skills, strong team spirit and a clear focus on closing, who is motivated to achieve sales goals and contribute to the overall success of our shop. Profil

• Customer service: Experience in professional customer advice and support

• Sales calls: Ability to successfully conduct sales calls

• Communication skills: Excellent communication skills and a friendly appearance

• Team spirit: Strong team spirit and willingness to work together

• Degree orientation: High degree orientation and determination

• First experience with cash register systems

• Interest in our products or industry knowledge

• Knowledge of product presentation/ visual merchandising

• Further language skills are an advantage

This position is also available on a part-time basis. Severely disabled people are given priority if they are equally qualified.
