Your Role As our Salesforce Consultant, you will act as a trusted liaison between internal business stakeholders, external vendors/partners.

You will drive discovery, elicit and refine business requirements, manage advanced configurations (with a heavy focus on Salesforce CPQ and product setup), oversee day-to-day administration, Flow setup and support lightweight custom Apex/LWC enhancements.

What You'll Do Lead requirements gathering workshops and discovery sessions with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into scalable Salesforce solutions. Serve as the primary liaison with external vendors, implementation partners, and AppExchange providers.

Design, build, and maintain Salesforce CPQ configurations: Product setup (Bundles, Options, Features), Price Books, Pricing Rules, Product Rules, Summary Variables, and Discount Schedules. Deliver advanced declarative configurations across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (Flows, validation rules, custom objects/fields, security model, page layouts).

Perform light programmatic customizations when declarative tools reach limits (reading/tweaking basic Apex triggers, classes, SOQL queries, and reviewing LWC code). Translate complex business requirements into clear functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria in Jira.

Manage end-to-end testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) coordination, release management, and user enablement/training. Drive continuous platform improvements, data integrity, and best-practice system administration.
