As abr/br/SAP Basis Administrator , you will be responsible for maintaining the operational conditions of the SAP environment and contributing to its development in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
In this role, you will be expected to: Ensure the supervision and proper functioning of the SAP environment; Manage and resolve incidents, problems and alerts detected via monitoring tools; Configure, administer and optimise SAP technical components; Manage SAP transports and coordinate production deployments; Provide level 2 support and coordinate escalations when necessary; Participate in maintenance operations, installations and integration of new solutions; Administer systems, databases, backups and automated processes; Manage SAP releases, upgrades, service packs and SAP notes; Administer SAP authorisations, roles and profiles; Participate in on-call duties and service continuity; Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational and monitoring processes; Ensure the security of SAP environments in accordance with vendor best practices; Produce monitoring indicators, dashboards and reports; Maintain up-to-date technical documentation; Participate in upskilling teams and knowledge sharing.
Your profilebr/br/Higher education in computer science or equivalent experience; Proven experience of at least 5 years inbr/br/SAP Basisbr/br/administration; Strong knowledge of SAP architectures and operational processes; Experience in managing SAP transports, upgrades and migrations; Good command of operating systems, databases and monitoring tools; Experience in managing SAP authorisations; Ability to analyse and resolve complex incidents; Excellent organisational skills and service orientation; Team spirit, autonomy and results-driven; Fluent French and good professional English level.br/br/Interested?
