Training hub offering 360+ courses to develop your expertise and competencies in various areas. Your Role You will provide comprehensive advice on the redesign, harmonization and/or optimization of our customers' service processes based on SAP products, with a focus on S/4HANA Service and SAP CS.
You will be responsible for requirements analysis, process design, the creation of technical concepts and the successful implementation (including customizing, testing) of our customers' service-to-cash processes. You will proactively contribute your expertise in the area of customer service in workshops that you prepare.
Your knowledge of integration with other SAP modules optimizes the integrated system landscapes of our customers. You will work proactively on the further development of our consulting and service portfolio, including the development of demo systems. You will support your colleagues in preparing offers and negotiating contracts.
Your skills - What you bring to the table At least 2+ years of relevant professional experience in SAP consulting or implementation projects.
Profound knowledge in the implementation of SAP S/4HANA and ERP, ideally with agile approaches. 2+ years of experience in the conception and configuration of service-to-cash processes using S/4HANA Service and/or SAP ERP CS. Good understanding of adjacent modules and proficiency with predecessor and successor process modules.
Customizing experience is a must. Customer-centric with strong communication and presentation skills, able to convey complex content in a clear, inspiring and persuasive manner. Adept at programming, with basic debugging skills in ABAP an advantage. Fluent in German and English – this is a must!
