🚨 Hiring: SAP FICO / FI-CA Lead Consultant 🚨 📍 Location: Bad Homburg / Nuremberg, Germany 🏢 Work Model: Hybrid 📄 Contract: B2B 💼 Experience: 10+ Years 🔧 Focus: SAP S/4HANA Finance + FI-CA We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Lead Consultant with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance, Controlling, and FI-CA (Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable).

The role will focus on functional architecture, solution design, configuration, high-volume FI-CA processing, financial integration, reconciliation, and stakeholder management. 🔹 Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end functional design, configuration, and architecture for: • SAP S/4HANA FI-GL, AP, AR & Asset Accounting • CO-PC • CO-PA / Margin Analysis • FI-CA • Configure and maintain: • Chart of Accounts • Parallel Ledgers • Segment Reporting • Universal Journal (ACDOCA) • Tax engine integrations • Design and configure FI-CA Contract Accounts, Business Partners, Posting Specifications, Main/Sub-transactions. • Support high-volume, low-value subscription transactions and open-item processing. • Design and optimize FI-CA Mass Runs for: • Payment Clearing • Direct Debits • Credit Card Settlements • Dunning & Collections • Returns • Interest Calculations • Automated Write-offs • Establish Reconciliation Key logic and posting specifications for FI-CA to FI-GL integration. • Lead integration for: • Cash Management • Electronic Bank Statements (EBS) • Lockbox • Payment Gateway Clearing • Conduct fit-gap workshops with finance stakeholders and translate business, accounting, and regulatory requirements into scalable SAP solutions. • Manage functional specifications for FI-CA Events / Function Modules and custom financial controls. • Support legacy data migration from platforms such as Oracle Receivables/BRM into SAP Business Partner and FI-CA. • Work with SAP Migration Cockpit / LTMC for migration activities. • Act as the key functional contact for: • Financial Controls • Audit & Compliance • Period-End Closing • Sub-ledger to GL Reconciliation • FI-CA / FICO issues 🔹 Required Skills & Experience • 10+ years of hands-on SAP FICO functional experience. • Minimum 5+ years of SAP FI-CA / FICA experience. • Strong experience in high-volume industries, such as: • Financial Services • Fintech • Telecom • Utilities • Insurance • Deep expertise across core FICO and FI-CA. • Strong knowledge of: • Universal Journal / ACDOCA • New GL • CO-PA / Profitability Analysis • FI-CA Mass Processing • Payment Processing & Clearing • Reconciliation • Posting Specifications • Strong functional architecture and solution-design experience. • Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills. • Strong understanding of IFRS / US GAAP and financial controls. 🔗 Let's Connect 💬 DM me on LinkedIn to explore this opportunity. 📧 Send your updated CV to: chethan.as@intelligenzit.com If you know someone who could be a great fit, please like, comment, or share this opportunity with your network.
