Key Responsibilities Provide functional support across SAP HCM ECC modules: Organizational Management (OM), Personnel Administration (PA), Time Management (TM/PT), Payroll (PY) Analyse business requirements and translate them into SAP functional solutions Support day‑to‑day HR system operations and issue resolution Perform root‑cause analysis and coordinate resolution of system issues Work closely with HR and Payroll teams to ensure process accuracy and compliance Assist with system enhancements, configuration adjustments, and testing Support end‑user training and documentation updates Participate in workshops and requirement‑gathering sessions with business stakeholders Required Experience & Skills 5+ years SAP HCM ECC functional experience Strong hands‑on experience in OM, PA, TM, and Payrol Job Title: SAP HCM Business Analyst (OM / PA / TM / PY)
