About the Role
We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Consultant to support our clients in designing, implementing, and optimising modern HR system landscapes.
Key Responsibilities Analyse, advise, and design complex HR system and process landscapes Implement and configure SAP HCM solutions in relevant modules Support the digital transformation and optimisation of HR processes together with clients Contribute to new business development and pre-sales activities (workshops, solution design, proposals) Lead sub-projects or full project streams, depending on experience Act as a key interface between business stakeholders and technical teams Your Profile Several years of experience in SAP HCM consulting and implementation Hands-on configuration experience in one or more of the following modules: PA, PY, OM and/or PT Strong understanding of HR processes and system integration High level of commitment, initiative, and You will act as a trusted advisor across the full project lifecycle — from analysis through to delivery and ongoing improvement.
