A strong understanding of HR processes, SAP HR applications and integration technologies is required, along with a focus on continuous improvement and business value creation. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3pbHR Systems Management: /b Take ownership of SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Concur within the HR application landscape.

Configure and maintain HR processes across the employee lifecycle (hire to retire). Provide 2nd level support and act as application owner for HR systems incidents. Monitor system performance, data consistency and process efficiency.

Evaluate new features and releases and assess their business impact. /ppbIntegration Architecture: /b Manage and monitor integrations between HR systems and the broader enterprise IT landscape. APIs, middleware, cloud integration platforms). Support HR data architecture design, including security and authorization concepts.

Ensure compliance with data privacy, security and regulatory requirements. /ppbProjects Continuous Improvement: /b Contribute to and/or lead HR IT projects and system enhancement initiatives. Translate HR business requirements into functional system designs and specifications. Support testing, documentation and deployment of system changes.

Drive process improvements and standardization across HR systems. Coordinate with external vendors and implementation partners. Support SLA monitoring and service delivery quality. Contribute to HR IT roadmap discussions and planning activities.

Support budgeting and resource planning for HR systems initiatives. /ph3Required Profile /h3ulliUniversity degree in Information Systems, Business Informatics, HR Technology or equivalent experience. /lili5 years of experience in SAP HR / SuccessFactors environments. /liliStrong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central required). /liliExperience with SAP Concur is a strong advantage. /liliSolid understanding of HR processes across the full employee lifecycle. /liliExperience in system integration environments (cloud‑based architectures, APIs, middleware solutions). /liliAbility to translate business needs into functional and technical specifications. /liliExperience in HR IT projects, including stakeholder and vendor coordination. /liliStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills. /liliAbility to work independently in structured environments. /li /ulh3Nice to Have /h3ulliExperience with additional SuccessFactors modules (e.g.
