As one of the largest employers in its region, it offers excellent long-term career prospects and a strong benefits package.Your future responsibilities include:Providing SAP HCM support for colleagues in GermanyAnalysis, design, implementation, and ongoing development and digitization in the HR field; particularly in the areas of SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCMAssisting with the technical implementation of SuccessFactors and providing ongoing support in collaboration with an experienced international teamHandling SAP SuccessFactors system administrationFurther development of the HR IT landscapeContinuously monitoring and ensuring the quality of implemented solutionsEffective communication with all stakeholdersDesigning and managing specific workflows and optimizing future-proof HR processesYour professional and personal profile:Bachelor's degree in economics or computer science, or comparable professional trainingSeveral years of relevant professional experience in a similar roleBasic knowledge of SAP HCM—specifically the PT, PY, or OM modules (NOT FULL CUSTOMIZING)Initial experience with SuccessFactors is desirablestrong understanding of HR processes, process optimization, and the associated system architecturestrong willingness to learn, determination, flexibility, and team spiritWillingness to independently organize, structure, analyze, and drive projects forwardExcellent communication skills in German and EnglishInterest in new SAP HR technologies and openness to continuous learningThis position is paying up to 85,000 EUR Per year.Equal Opportunity Statement:We are an equal opportunity agency and value diversity in our sourcing.
