What you’ll do

• Support SAP HXM projects across implementation, enhancement and transformation activities.
• Work across SAP HCM and SuccessFactors solutions.
• Analyse HR requirements and translate them into practical SAP solutions.
• Support configuration, testing and issue resolution.
• Participate in workshops and customer discussions.
• Work with wider SAP teams on integrated HR processes.
• Take increasing responsibility for your own functional areas.

What you’ll bring

• 3+ years of SAP HXM/HCM experience.
• Experience with SAP HCM and/or SuccessFactors.
• Good understanding of HR processes and SAP solutions.
• Experience working on SAP implementation or transformation projects.
• Strong analytical and customer-facing skills.
• C1 German and good English.
