Your impact

• Lead HXM workstreams across SAP transformation projects.
• Design and optimise solutions across SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.
• Translate complex HR requirements into practical SAP solutions.
• Lead customer workshops and functional solution discussions.
• Coordinate with wider SAP teams to deliver integrated HR processes.
• Mentor consultants and contribute to solution quality and practice development.

What you’ll bring

• 4+ years of SAP HXM/HCM experience.
• Strong experience with SAP HCM and/or SuccessFactors.
• Good understanding of HR transformation and SAP HXM processes.
• Experience leading customer discussions or functional workstreams.
• Strong solution design and consulting capability.
• C1 German and good English.
