SAP Payroll Consultant

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Payroll Consultant to support payroll configuration, operations, and troubleshooting across client environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain SAP payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, processing classes, factoring, and average processing.
• Perform payroll testing, gross-to-net validation, and issue resolution.
• Execute monthly payroll processes while ensuring statutory compliance.
• Support payroll operations in an AMS or outsourced service delivery environment.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP HCM Payroll and/or Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
• In-depth knowledge of payroll configuration, schemas, PCRs, and wage types.
• Experience with Germany and/or Turkey payroll localization; France payroll knowledge is an advantage.
• Understanding of PIT and ACTIO rules, processing classes, and applicable payroll legislation.
• Experience supporting multiple clients and resolving complex payroll issues.
