SAP Project System (PS) Consultant

We are supporting a major SAP transformation programme and are looking for an experienced SAP PS (Project System) Consultant to play a key role in the design, configuration, and delivery of customer project processes. This is an opportunity to work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and project teams in a dynamic international environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Configure and customise SAP PS solutions in line with approved business and solution designs.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for development teams.
• Develop and execute test plans, including Functional Unit Testing (FUT) and System Integration Testing (SIT).
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful delivery of RICEFW developments.
• Lead workshops and discussions with business stakeholders to refine requirements and validate solutions.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for client and project communications.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and drive successful business sign-off.
• Contribute to agile project delivery, ensuring solutions meet both functional and business objectives.

What We're Looking For

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Project System (PS), particularly within Customer Project environments.
• Proven experience in SAP configuration and process design.
• Ability to gather requirements and convert them into functional specifications.
• Experience supporting testing cycles, defect management, and UAT.
• Familiarity with Agile ways of working and project delivery methodologies.
• Understanding of integrations between SAP PS and related project management or financial processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience integrating SAP with Microsoft Dynamics or other third-party business applications.
• Exposure to large-scale SAP transformation or implementation programmes.
• Knowledge of end-to-end project lifecycle management within complex organisations.
