SAP S4HANA CS Consultant

Are you an experienced SAP Service Management professional looking to play a key role in large-scale S/4HANA transformation and rollout programs?

We're supporting an international organization undergoing a significant SAP transformation and are looking for an experienced consultant to help drive the rollout of SAP S/4HANA Service Management across the business.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA Service Management (SM) rollout activities
• Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into functional solutions
• Configure SAP Service Management processes in line with business and template standards
• Coordinate and drive Unit Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Work closely with business stakeholders, key users, and global template teams
• Collaborate with related SAP workstreams including SD, MM, PP, and FI
• Support data migration, cutover planning, and go-live activities
• Deliver user training and support business adoption
• Provide Hypercare support following deployment

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience with SAP CS (Customer Service) and/or SAP S/4HANA Service Management
• Experience participating in SAP implementation, rollout, or transformation projects
• Hands‑on configuration and functional consulting experience
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working across end-to-end service processes
• Knowledge of Customer Project scenarios and CS integrations is advantageous
• Exposure to CPM‑CS integration is a plus
