About the Opportunity

A leading global consulting and technology services company is looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Service Management Consultant to support international SAP transformation and rollout programs.

The position combines consulting, solution design, rollout leadership, stakeholder management, testing, deployment, and hypercare support within complex SAP S/4HANA Service Management environments.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA Service Management rollout initiatives
• Conduct workshops and gather business requirements
• Translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions
• Configure and support SAP Service Management processes
• Collaborate with SD, MM, FI/CO, PP, and PM teams
• Support testing, UAT, deployment, and hypercare activities
• Work closely with business stakeholders and project teams
• Ensure successful adoption of SAP Service Management solutions

Your Profile

• Experience with service contracts, service orders, and service processes
• Rollout and transformation experience
• Workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills
• Experience across the full project lifecycle
• Consulting and customer-facing experience
• Leadership or mentoring experience is a plus
