Tasks • Lead global customer rollout projects for an enterprise software solution, managing end-to-end delivery across international stakeholders • Manage customer projects using agile methodologies, ensuring structured planning, execution, and delivery across all implementation phases • Facilitate requirements workshops and deliver user training sessions to support system adoption and effective usage • Collaborate closely with customers throughout implementation, testing, deployment, and go-live phases • Own stakeholder communication, change management, and global alignment across distributed teams • Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating requirements into functional specifications • Support implementation and testing activities in close collaboration with development teams to ensure accurate delivery • Ensure successful deployment and ongoing support of enterprise solutions, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and reliability • Undertake approximately 20% international travel during key project phases Profile • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred • 6+ years of SAP experience in logistics, with strong expertise in SD module; additional experience in MM and FI/CO modules is an advantage • Advanced knowledge of SAP ECC, S/4HANA Private Cloud, and Fiori applications • Proven experience in project management and team leadership roles • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams • Hands‑on, pragmatic approach to problem‑solving and delivery • Enjoys working in international, cross‑functional teams and contributing innovative ideas • English proficiency at B2–C1 level • Experience in MedTech or life sciences environments is considered a plus • Familiarity with Jira and SAP Signavio is an advantage We offer • Competitive bonus scheme • Flexible working hours to support work–life balance • 30 days of annual leave • Free breakfast provided in the office • Strong focus on training and continuous professional development opportunities • Trust‑based working culture with a high degree of autonomy and responsibility • Collaborative, supportive international team environment In this role, you will apply your expertise to support innovative solutions that enhance efficiency, compliance, and operational performance across highly regulated and logistics-intensive industries.
