What your tasks are: Advice to customers within SAP HCM projects Technical implementation of our customer requirements in SAP standard customizing Support in the development of customer‑specific enhancements Technical project responsibility in consulting and in meetings Know‑how transfer within internal and customer trainings and workshops Active participation in the CNT - Competence Teams Mentoring our young professionals and technical responsibility for consultants Continuous further training of hard and soft skills What experience you should have: Independent, customer and solution‑oriented work Excellent know‑how in the SAP HCM module with more than 5 years of experience Several years of experience in project work and strong consulting expertise High flexibility and willingness to travel Interest in open and constructive cooperation Business fluent in German and English CNT stands for further development, career opportunities and prospects, as well as a family‑friendly working environment.
