About the Role We are looking for an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with a strong focus on Employee Central (EC) to join the internal Digital HR / HR IT team. You will work closely with internal HR stakeholders, HR IT colleagues, and technical integration teams to deliver scalable, high‑quality HR solutions that support long‑term business needs.
Key Responsibilities Deliver SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations and enhancements end‑to‑end Lead and facilitate workshops with HR and business stakeholders to define requirements Configure Employee Central (data models, business rules, workflows, foundations, etc.) Support testing, data validation, deployment, and go‑live activities Collaborate with internal integration and architecture teams on HR system design Contribute to HR process optimisation and continuous system improvement Support internal presentations and system demonstrations for HR stakeholders Required Experience Strong hands‑on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Ability to independently configure EC solutions Strong understanding of HR processes and HR system design principles Experience in structured enterprise or in‑house HR IT environments Strong communication skills with workshop and stakeholder‑facing experience Fluent German and very good English SAP SuccessFactors EC certification is highly desirable Nice to Have Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking or EC integrations Knowledge of SAP HCM or SAP HCM for S/4HANA Experience in hybrid SAP HCM / SuccessFactors landscapes What’s On Offer Stable in‑house HR IT environment within a major enterprise organisation Hiring from Senior through to Principal Consultant level Hybrid working model with flexibility across Germany Structured onboarding and access to 100+ learning and development programmes Up to 20 days per year remote working from other EU countries Modern equipment and home‑office support Company pension scheme and strong employee benefits Long‑term career development within internal HR IT and digital transformation #J-18808-Ljbffr SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (Employee Central) – Digital HR Transformation Location: Berlin, Bonn, Dresden, Hamburg, Jena, Leipzig, Mannheim, Munich or Rostock Working model: Hybrid (approx. 1 office day per week) Hours: Full-time (38h/week) Travel: Moderate, project-based Languages: German (fluent) and English (very good) Salary: €85,000 – €100,000 (depending on experience) Company Overview This role sits within the internal HR IT / Digital HR function of a large, established German enterprise organisation with a strong presence across both private and public‑sector environments.
The organisation operates its HR technology landscape as a strategic internal capability, responsible for the design, delivery, and ongoing optimisation of SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM systems across a complex, multi‑entity HR environment.
The Digital HR function owns the end‑to‑end SAP SuccessFactors landscape internally, from architecture and solution design through to configuration, deployment, and continuous improvement. The environment is structured, stable, and long‑term focused, with strong investment in cloud transformation, HR digitalisation, and employee development.
We are hiring across Senior Consultant through to Principal Consultant level, depending on experience and seniority.
In this role, you will take ownership of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central within a complex enterprise HR landscape, contributing across the full system lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design through to configuration, testing, deployment, and optimisation.
