Due to continued growth, they're looking for an experienced bSAP SuccessFactors Inhouse Consultant /b to join their team and take ownership of their global HCM landscape. /p pThis is an opportunity to work in a highly innovative, regulated environment where your work genuinely contributes to improving people's lives. /p h3What You will Be Doing /h3 ul liOwn, support and enhance the SAP SuccessFactors landscape across multiple HR modules, including Employee Central, Time Tracking, Performance Goals, Learning Management, EC Payroll /li liConfigure and customise SuccessFactors to meet evolving business needs /li liWork closely with HR stakeholders to analyse requirements and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions /li liManage integrations between SuccessFactors and surrounding systems including SAP FI/CO, SAP BTP / Integration Suite (CPI), Payroll systems, Third‑party HR applications /li liCoordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) /li liLead or contribute to SuccessFactors releases, upgrades, migrations and enhancement projects /li liCollaborate with international teams and external implementation partners /li /ul h3What We are Looking For /h3 ul liExperience configuring and customising SAP SuccessFactors /li liStrong knowledge of one or more modules such as Employee Central, Payroll, Learning, Time Tracking, Performance Goals /li liExperience gathering business requirements and partnering closely with HR teams /li liUnderstanding of SAP BTP / Integration Suite (CPI) would be highly advantageous /li liExperience working with external vendors or implementation partners /li liPrevious experience within MedTech, Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences or another regulated industry is beneficial /li liBusiness level German (to at least B2 level) and English language skills are mandatory requirements /li /ul h3Why This Opportunity /h3 ul liJoin an internationally growing Swiss MedTech company /li liDevelop solutions that genuinely improve patients' lives /li liMobility allowance public transport support /li liLong‑term career growth within a highly innovative technology business /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
