Overview Are you an expert in SAP HCM or SuccessFactors specialist and passionate about optimizing utility processes across various sectors?
As an SAP SuccessFactors Senior Consultant, you will play a critical role in enhancing and implementing innovative solutions across multiple industries, helping companies streamline their processes and improve customer service.

Responsibilities Develop and implement solutions such as: SAP SuccessFactors – Employee Central, Time Tracking, Payroll & Work Zone. Opportunity to take on part project management responsibilities. Lead on requirements analysis and conduct design thinking workshops. Mentor and coach junior colleagues. Support on pre-sales activities.
Qualifications 3+ years of experience in SAP HCM or SuccessFactors with any of these modules: Employee Central, Time Tracking, Payroll or Work Zone. Background in consulting is advantageous. Hands-on experience is a must. SAP S/4HANA experience is advantageous. Experience working in an agile environment is beneficial.
A solid understanding of the latest market trends and innovations. Fluency in German and English is essential. Location Location: Hybrid / Work from anywhere in Germany!
