Seasoned Recruitment Consultant, Remote

Sheldon Recruitment is seeking a Seasoned Recruitment Consultant to operate within a full 360-degree recruitment model. This is a 100% remote and independent opportunity with a 70% high-yield commission structure.

The successful candidate should have:

• Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in agency or corporate recruitment.
• Demonstrated full 360-degree recruitment capability, including client acquisition, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiation, and placement.
• The ability to work remotely and operate fully independently while delivering consistent results.
• An established professional network and industry relationships that can be leveraged for immediate placement opportunities.

The role will involve:

• Client Acquisition & Management: Identify prospective clients, present recruitment solutions, develop professional relationships, and secure new job mandates across key industry sectors.
• Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline by sourcing high-caliber professionals through headhunting, networking, job boards, social media platforms, and established industry relationships.
• Candidate Evaluation: Conduct thorough candidate screening and interviews, complete relevant background verification, and assess candidates against the required skills, experience, and suitability for each position.
• End-to-End Recruitment Management: Manage the recruitment process from initial candidate introduction through interview scheduling, client and candidate feedback, offer negotiations, and successful placement completion.
