Shape the world of tomorrow • You’ll drive the transformation and modernization of complex BSS landscapes at leading telecommunications companies • You’ll analyze processes, capabilities, and systems in the areas of Product & Offer Management, Order Management, Customer Service, and Billing & Revenue Management • You’ll combine customer-centric process design with the necessary system capabilities and translate requirements into actionable technical solutions • You will develop target states and capability roadmaps for modern BSS landscapes and structure the necessary transformation steps • You will design end-to-end customer journeys across the Buy, Inlife, and Leave phases and evaluate their impact on processes, data, and systems • You will structure BSS workstreams within large-scale Stack Exchange programs, support the implementation of leading platforms, and specifically leverage AI and automation potential You make the difference • You have earned a degree in (Business) Information Technology, Economics, or a related field with above-average academic performance • You have at least four years of relevant experience in transforming BSS landscapes, either in consulting or at a telecommunications company • You have in-depth practical experience in the areas of Product & Offer Management, Order Management, Customer Service, and Billing & Revenue Management • You are familiar with TM Forum Frameworx and eTOM, as well as leading BSS platforms such as Amdocs, Netcracker, or Salesforce Industries • You have experience structuring and implementing BSS workstreams in large-scale transformation or stack-exchange programs • You understand end-to-end customer lifecycle processes as well as charging, rating, and mediation systems • You can bridge the gap between business process design and technical system implementation and effectively mediate between business, architecture, and delivery teams • Ideally, you have had some exposure to AI or automation applications in the BSS environment and have hands‑on experience working with AI tools • You thrive in agile and interdisciplinary teams, are flexible and willing to travel, and communicate confidently in German and English How you can grow with us We guarantee you a constant stream of new opportunities for growth in an open and supportive work environment.
