Job Description We are looking for a Senior Analytical Consultant (m/f/d) with experience in the financial services and payments industry to join our Customer Analytics team, which develops data-driven solutions for our clients.

Main Responsibilities • Analyze large and diverse datasets to create relevant insights that support decisions in credit risk, fraud analytics, and customer behavior • Build advanced statistical models and machine learning solutions for complex client challenges • Guide pre-sales activities by assessing client needs, developing tailored solution concepts, and supporting proof-of-concept projects • Collaborate with teams — including Sales, Product Development, and Marketing — to ensure seamless integration of analytics into client solutions • Strengthen client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and support business development projects Qualifications • University degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field • +5 years of hands-on experience in data analytics, analytical consulting, or related advisory roles, focused on credit risk, fraud analytics, or marketing analytics • 4+ or more years of experience in banking regulatory requirements and analytical use cases within the financial services and payments industry • 4+ or more years of experience working with statistical modeling, machine learning, and data mining; proficiency in Python or similar programming languages and PySpark • 4+ or more years of experience with cloud-based data and analytics platforms and data visualization tools • Fluent German and English language skills Additional Information Benefits/Perks: • A high degree of autonomy in a dynamic, internationally oriented organization • A motivated team that values innovation and collaboration • Great compensation package and attractive employee benefits • Flexible working hours and remote work options Experian is proud to be an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
