Our client, a global leader in holistic wellness solutions, is seeking an experienced Senior Ayurvedic Wellness Consultant to join their fully remote team. This role is dedicated to providing in-depth Ayurvedic consultations, personalized lifestyle recommendations, and holistic health guidance to a diverse clientele. You will leverage your extensive knowledge of Ayurvedic principles, doshas, diet, and herbal remedies to create comprehensive wellness plans that promote balance and well-being. This position is perfect for a seasoned practitioner who thrives in a remote setting and is passionate about spreading the wisdom of Ayurveda. This is a remote-first opportunity, ideal for consultants aiming to expand their reach beyond physical locations, including those connected to the Nelspruit, Mpumalanga region.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed virtual consultations to assess clients' unique constitutions (Prakriti) and current imbalances (Vikriti).
• Develop personalized Ayurvedic lifestyle plans encompassing diet, daily routines (Dinacharya), seasonal routines (Ritucharya), and stress management techniques.
• Recommend appropriate Ayurvedic herbs, spices, and formulations to address specific health concerns.
• Educate clients on the principles of Ayurveda and empower them to integrate them into their daily lives.
• Monitor client progress, provide ongoing support, and adjust wellness plans as needed.
• Stay current with the latest research and advancements in Ayurvedic medicine and holistic health.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in the company's secure digital system.
• Contribute to the company's online resources by developing educational content related to Ayurveda.
• Collaborate effectively with the remote team to ensure a cohesive client experience.
• Adhere to the highest ethical and professional standards for remote practice.

Requirements

• Advanced qualification or certification in Ayurvedic Medicine from a reputable institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of practical experience as an Ayurvedic consultant.
• In-depth understanding of Ayurvedic philosophy, diagnostics, and therapeutic modalities.
• Proficiency in identifying and addressing imbalances across the doshas (Vata, Pitta, Kapha).
• Excellent virtual communication, active listening, and client counseling skills.
• Ability to explain complex Ayurvedic concepts in a clear and accessible manner.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and digital record-keeping is essential.
• Strong self-discipline and time management skills for remote work.
• Passion for promoting natural health and well-being through Ayurvedic practices.
• Membership in a recognized Ayurvedic professional body is highly preferred.
