What You’ll Do Lead end-to-end business development across German-speaking markets, from proactive outreach and qualification to closing and strategic partnership Drive bookings and revenue growth, taking ownership of your performance from day one Conduct deep discovery conversations with senior executives, listening intently for underlying needs and strategic opportunities Shape compelling proposals and architect tailored solutions Influence complex stakeholder groups and confidently navigate objections to gain commitment and close deals Orchestrate internal teams and resources to deliver seamless client experiences from sale through execution Stay engaged post-sale as a strategic adviser, participating in key touchpoints and strengthening long-term partnerships Represent Gallup at executive meetings, events and industry forums to expand your network and open new commercial conversations Who We Want Target-driven performers who consistently meet or exceed bookings and revenue goals through disciplined pipeline management, strong forecasting and closing excellence Competitive influencers who confidently engage and influence workplace leaders in high-stakes, strategic conversations and negotiations Opportunity creators who prospect with purpose, build multiyear account plans, and expand relationships through value and credibility Consultative, trusted advisers who listen deeply, diagnose thoughtfully and translate client challenges into high-value, strategic solutions Strategic orchestrators who naturally align stakeholders, coordinate resources, and follow through to move deals forward and deliver results Resilient achievers who persist through obstacles, adapt when conditions change and take ownership of outcomes regardless of circumstance What You Need At least five years of experience in advisory or consultative sales environments required Proven success winning new business and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles required Demonstrated experience carrying and achieving revenue targets required Strong pipeline management, forecasting discipline and CRM proficiency required Excellent written, presentation and negotiation skills required Experience selling multiyear agreements for analytics, research-based, advisory, consulting or solutions-based offerings preferred Native-level fluency in German required; professional fluency in English required Experience using AI to enhance productivity, insight generation or sales activities preferred A commitment to working on-site at Gallup’s Berlin office at least three days per week required Eligibility to work in Germany required; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship What You’ll Experience Mission-driven work: Make a meaningful difference in the world with your unique contributions, commitment to service and exceptional outcomes.
