About the role

You'll join our Strategy & Business Growth team, where you will contribute to growth strategy and lead post-merger integration and transformation programs end to end. Working closely with senior management, you will assess new growth opportunities for the business, build delivery plans, drive synergy and value creation initiatives, and establish the governance structures that keep complex cross-functional programs on track. This role spans both strategy and hands-on execution — from high-level framing to detailed follow-up.

Requirements

What we’re looking for:

• 4–6+ years in Inhouse Consulting, Corporate Strategy, M&A Integration, Transformation, Business Operations, or Strategy Consulting
• Strong ownership and project management: work planning, milestone management, dependency tracking, prioritization, and delivering at pace
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex cross-functional initiatives and push topics to decisions under ambiguity
• Superior stakeholder management with the ability to influence without authority and build alignment across senior leaders and teams
• Clear and concise executive communication with the ability to prepare powerful decks, memos, and status updates
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down ambiguity into options, recommendations, and practical plans
• Comfort working across both strategic and operational topics, moving from high-level framing to detailed execution follow-up
• Proven experience supporting integration, transformation, or enterprise-wide change initiatives in a structured and hands-on way
• High degree of independence and judgment, with the ability to run projects with limited guidance
