Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed transformation roadmaps, action plans, and change management strategies.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements, align on objectives, and ensure buy-in.
• Manage project teams, overseeing timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Advise senior leadership on best practices for change management, operational excellence, and strategic execution.
• Develop and deliver impactful presentations and reports to client stakeholders.
• Champion the adoption of new processes and technologies, ensuring sustainable change.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, providing ongoing recommendations.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in management consulting, focusing on business transformation, operational improvement, or change management.
• Proven success in leading large-scale transformation projects and managing complex stakeholder environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Expertise in Lean Six Sigma, process mapping, and project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting, managing multiple priorities.
• Experience with change management frameworks and tools.
• Understanding of key industries relevant to the KwaZulu-Natal economy is a plus.
