Responsibilities Working with a Principle Change Management Consultant (member of the EMEA Perm team) and being a great partner to your direct customer counterpart, as well as project leadership and executives within the customer organization Owning, leading or supporting change‑related activities including, but not limited to, stakeholder identification, change impact analysis, communications planning, training planning, readiness assessment, and adoption measurement Hands‑on development of communications and training materials that support a successful transition for key end‑users Maintaining the change management project plan tasks and providing mentorship to the customer on how these activities are impacted by functional achievements Profile 5+ years experience working with or implementing a Tier 1 business software application such as: Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, NetSuite, FinancialForce or similar applications 5+ years experience in HCM deployment change management on large transformation programmes 5+ years consulting experience, either as an internal consultant or with a consulting/software company or as a contractor on the customer side of a deployment Ability to travel up to 25% (under normal circumstances) #J-18808-Ljbffr For our client, a well‑known American software company , we are currently hiring a Senior Change Management Consultant (f/m/d) in Munich for 7 months with option to be extended/take over.
